This is 7 week seen one heartbeat but could be hiding have my 12 week in 4 days!

Did they tell you twins, but only one heartbeat?

That looks like it could be a baby and a yolk sac.
 
No didn't mention twins but been looking closely. What's that in my womb? Yeah I think so too a yolk sac and a baby
