How many bottles at 7 month?

Hello ladies,this is the first time I am posting here...I am currently combination feeding, my lo is 7 months old and I bf for about 5-6 times a day and then a 5 oz bottle at night before bedtime. I want to stop bf, and just ff now but I was wondering how many bottles should a 7 month old have, for the first time today I tested giving a bottle in the afternoon(5oz) instead of usually bf at the same time, it completely messed up her routine, she wouldn't eat her lunch or take milk till hours later! And she has neither pooped nor slept properly all day..... So I'm in a bit of a dilemma, shall I continue to bf and slowly transition to ff.....or just stop altogether......a bit confused as to how I should do that...

Any suggestions?

hi.... I'm mid way into going over to formula. I did it gradually, dropped lunchtime boob for formula then bedtime.

Basically she has...

Boob in morn approx 7am
Breakfast around 8ish (porridge)
Lunch at 12 ( same amount as 1/2 jar but homemade,,)
Bottle of form @ 1pm normally takes 5oz approx
Offer boob @ around 4pm but she's never that interested
Dinner @ 6pm (1/2 jar homemade+small yougart)
bedtime @7.30 bottle usually 7oz

Then she will normaly wake once for a boob feed around 2am

My LO is 7 months and is completely formula fed. His feeding routine is roughly this -

10.30am - wake up 7oz bottle.
11.30am - breakfast
1.00pm - 7oz bottle
4.00pm - lunch
5.30pm - 7oz bottle
7.30pm - dinner
10.00pm - 8/9oz bottle and bed

He dropped his night feed about 5 weeks ago.

My LO is completely formula fed and this is what he has:

7am - breakfast
7.30am - 7oz bottle
11.45am - lunch
2.30pm - 8oz bottle
5.30pm - dinner
6.30pm - 8oz bottle

He's only recently dropped to three bottles.
