How many bottles??

Hi

Just wondering as I have NO clue!! How many bottles and what size bottles do you need for a newborn.... Tommee Tippee do the 260ml and a smaller one for newborn... is it worth getting the smaller ones?

.....just thinking ahead.

I would say 6 bottles, and start with slow flow teats x

I have purchased 4 tommee tippee 260ml bottles, slow flow teats as they were cheap in sainsburys but just wondering if its worth getting some more..

Yeah they recommend at least 6, we coped fine with that many. I didn't bother with the smaller bottles tho, just got the 260ml ones x

When Morgan was newborn he had 6 advent 280 bottles with slow teats. He went through around 10 a day though with him being a big boy! Plus they waste alot of milk- the second u Bin it... They want another lol. I'd sterlise 6 in the morning then do another batch at night time x

I had 10 and I was happy with that. A newborn can take anywhere from 8-10 a day.

I have 9 but really dont need that many, I would say have about 6 though but you could probably cope with less but just means sterelising more often. I just got the bigger bottles didnt bother with the little ones as I dont think they would last that long really.

I wouldn't bother with the little ones, they're good for a while, but once your baby is drinking more, they're useless. Better to just get the big ones from the start!
We have 7 bottles!

I have 10 lol, but thats only so i dont have to sterilise during the day, i do it of a morning, then depending how many she takes during the day i either do it before bed or the next morning x

I have been out a brought 4 more, so thats 8 of the 260ml and there are 2 smaller ones that come with the steriliser. I think that should be enough....
