How many days before ovulation did you ladies DTD?

Just have fun and relax my OBGYN said to just BD every other to every 2 days from cd 10-20. Sounds like a lot but you cover all bases and if ovulation is early or late it covers that too

Yup!! But studies showed that the "best" time is 2 days before ovulation, because basically you want to make sure the swimmers are already there when the egg is released☺ with DD1 we DTD 3 days before O 😉

I have been trying the SMEP approach so have been having it a bit more regular than we were before. (Difficult with Hubbys night shifts sometimes)
This cycle we began the fun cd13 and I ovulated around cd18/19 confirmed with opk.
I know they say quality over quantity but I want to give it a go for a better chance
