Hi ladies,
I'm using softcups for the first time and am due to ovulate within the next 5 days. We plan on bd-ing every day this cycle until much after ovulating.
So how many days before ovulation do you start using the softcups? Is 5 days too soon? I wouldn't think so if sperm is supposed to be able to live inside you for 5 days.
Also, I don't have any ewcm yet, I would use a little preseed in the cup.
