How many dpo is best to test without the chance of a false negative?

I would suggest waiting until the day that your period is due. I know that's easier said that done, but that really is the best time to take a test. Or usually 15 dpo or 16 dpo.

Ill have to go with 15 or 16dpo as I have irregular unpredictable cycles so havn a clue when af is actually due lol thanks you x
