How many naps 7 months?

How many naps a day does your seven month old have and do you have a rough guide please?

At 7 months Isla usually had two naps, a 45 min morning nap sometime between 9-10 am depending on what time she woke in the morning, and a 1.5 hr afternoon nap around 1-2 pm. If the afternoon nap was short for some reason I could sometimes sneak in a third nap, but more often than not she would end up just going to bed early.

James had two naps of around 1-1.5 hours each at that age. Sometimes he would have to have a short third nap if he had woken extra early in the morning or if one of his naps weren't long enough.

Cruz had 2 naps sometimes a short cat nap as well x

We struggle to have 2 naps. She's a real pain in the day time, cannot relax, always on the go. We aim for an hours nap anywhere between 9-11 and then again around 2-3pm. Second nap is usually a fail .

I think she was in 2 naps a day at 7 months- same as now at 9 months. Anywhere betnween 9-10 until about 11/11.30 in the morning and about 3-4 in the afternoon xxx
