How Much Did Baby Weigh At Or Around 33 Weeks??

For anyone who has had a scan on or around 33weeks what was your babys estimated weight?

I had one at 33weeks and my little miss measured in at 4lbs 11oz

Was just curious as to what other babies at this stage are weighing xx

Hi Hun , our little man weighed 5pounds at my 33week scan , last week at my 38week scan he was weighing 7lbs 4oz

4lbs 10oz and 4lbs and 6.5oz at 32w,6d. I figured mine were chub chubs. I think the nurse said it was approx. 60th percentile. She also noted that if the babies were born that day then even though they would go to the NICU for a while the weight would mean they would be just fine.

My daughter was born at 34 weeks and weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces.

Wow that is interesting to know. I have not had anymore ultrasounds since my 20 week/gender scan so I have no idea BUT my last baby was born at 35 weeks and he was 6lbs 10 oz!! Just imagine if he would have made it full term....eeekkkk lol

I have a scan on weds to check if my placenta has moved do you think they would be able to tell babys weight then aswell or is it just at growth scans? x

My little man was 3lb 11 at 32 and 4. We were told he is going to be 'compact'!!

At 31 weeks 4 days baby girl weight in at 4lb 5oz but I was told she was measuring about a week ahead or in the 75th percentile.

Yes they should be able to tell you, mine wasnt a scheduled growth scan hun, i lost some mucus plug & had some cramping so they wanted to check me over and i was told then x

Im not sure about 33 weeks but at 36 she was measuring at 6.6lbs. we were told that shes measuring big for my size and weight

Just under 4lbs (now in the 8th percentile from the 4th )

I just had one at 33+4 and he weighed in at 4lbs 11oz +/- 6oz

Hi honey

With my DS I was scanned every 2wks as I was tiny he measured 3lb 5 at my 33 wk scan and he actually arrived at 34wks due to the placenta failing weighing 5lb 9oz try not to worry as the scans are not that accurate and usually under estimate... I'm going through the exact same issues again this time just hope she stays put till 36wks minimum

At 31+6 I was told my bub was 4pound 9ounces, pretty big!

Wonder how accurate the scans are, does anyone know???

I think theyre bound to be alot more accurate than fundal height.

It's just an estimate. They can be off by a bit.
I had two babies at 33wks One weighed 4lbs14ozs and the other at 5lbs9ozs. I also had a baby at 32 weeks weighing 4lbs11ozs and other baby was 34wks weighing 4lbs10ozs. I cant remember off hand what the scan said right before birth. But everyones weight seems good to me. All babies grow there own ways and at there own times. Also have to take into account the parents sizes as well.
