How much does baby gain weekly?

Ok so I have been wondering this for a while now. How much does baby gain weekly once in third trimester?

It all depends on the baby, but Ive heard up to half a pound

I thought it would be around that much. I have looked at all the weight guide charts on the next but they only give a indication of how much baby should be at so many weeks. I had a growth scan at 28 weeks and she was 2p 11oz so I'm not 30 +4 she would be roughly 4lb I have another growth scan at 32 weeks. Can't wait

All babies are different - that being said, my perinatologist told me roughly .5 lb a week

Agree with the above posters, it can vary but the avg is about 1/2 lb a week....at least from like 30-32 weeks on...

Ours at 28 weeks were 2lb10 and 2lb12. At 30 weeks they were 3lb5 and 3lb8. They fell a bit in percentiles but not much. They don't start the half a pound until 30 weeks or so.
