How much fruit a day

I am really wanting to shift this weight. I am trying to plan meals and eat fruit after lunch and tea. Today i made 2 fruit potsit had apple pineapple ki we pear and grapes. I was going to add some banana in tomorrows but am i aving to much fruit at once or can i av as much as i want
 
Well it depends really what diet plan or healthy eating regime your following.
Fruit is at the end of the day extra calories so I say...
If its at breakfast in stead of eating typo much cereal or toast then go ahead.
If its to replace a snack when your hungry or tempted with choc and crisps go ahead.
But if its after a meal and you're already full? Its just extra calories so its healthy but won't help you lose weight.
Fruit also contains lots of sugar so you could swap one of your fruit snacks for veg sticks and low fat dip.
