How much longer will i feel like this...........

I was diagnoised with PND when Harvey was 5 weeks old,Since then Ive had my good days and bad days..Today seems to be a bad day,Im sitting here in tears after having just taken down the Xmas tree and all the decorations.
Feel like Ive just had enough...its putting a strain on my marriage and Ive threatened to leave more times than I care to remember.
Im on AD but still feeling like I cant cope,my hubby has had to take time off work to look after Harvey as when he gets ready to go to work I panic and cant cope.
Didnt know where else to turn as Ive just moved to a new area and havent met my HV yet..

I would give you health visitor a ring, did your old health visitor/doctor know you have moved?

Yeah the old one knew I had moved,gotta wait to hear from the surgery to let me know our details are on the system.xx
