How much milk should a 1 year old have ?

my daughters almost 1 and i plan to keep her on formula as its just as cheap for me atm...

how much is the ideal amount .... she really isnt bothered by milk anymore at all... she now has only 10oz a day and that's 5/6oz before bed and the same around 6am so she goes back to sleep for another hour or 2....

I was thinking i might introduce a cup with whole milk soon during the day ..

shes never been mad for milk she used to go 4hrs between bottles from birth! and as she got older its been 5/6hrs til iv dropped them all basically....

My LO has about 7-8 oz on a morning and then 9 oz for bed. I sometimes give an odd cup of milk during the day but he doesn't really bother with it that much so I tend to stick to water mostly during the day.

Not sure how much is the recommended amount, I think it's between about 16-20 oz

My lo has about 8oz before bed although this is slowly dropping and if she wakes during the night it can be up to 7oz. Nothing in the morning or the day xx

Milk is a drink at 12 + months, it's not a main nutrient. She needs 12 oz of dairy as a min. 10 oz of milk with some dairy in food or a yoghurt sounds fine for her age xx

my lo is nearly 13 months and shes on cows milk now and only having 14 oz day so 7 oz in the morning and 7 at night sometimes she will take 5 at night depending on how tired she is but she is doing fine on that amount someone told me on here that when on cows milk they need atleast 500 ml a day not nessaliy drinking it but in foods etc...my lo doesnt have 500 ml a day but she has yogarts and sometimes in her breakfast if she has cereal but shes grwoing just fine xx

Yeah she has 3 yogurts a day + blocks of cheese aswel lol
