How much milk?

My baby is 10weeks old. He takes 6oz bottles at 6am, 9-10am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm .. Is he takin enough milk? He seems happy and is sleeping through 10pm-6am. 3weeks ago he weighed 10lb 13..

If he's happy than it sounds like enough. My LO only takes 2 oz from a bottle when my husband feeds him during the day and he's 3 months old. It seems like everyone else's baby eats a lot more, but he's happy and he eats often, so it must be the right amount for him.

How strange!!!! My little man has the same amount at the same timesand sleeps the same time, but i put him down about 9-9.30pm ish. I'am thinking of upping his milk to 7oz though as he is drainging the 6oz!!

Awesome so he's about right. lol. My LO weighed 8lb4oz at birth but went down to 7lb 4oz due to jaundice.(Made him extremely sleepy he refused to take milk..ended up havin phototherapy) He makes up for it with his feeding now

every baby is different. alfie is a very greedy baby. he has 6 x 6oz bottles a day and sleeps 8.30-9. but prob will up to 7oz this week. he weighed 12lbs 8oz 2 weeks ago hes a porker.
talk to your HV to put your mind at rest if your that worried hun x

That's roughly the same as my LO takes and she's nearly 5 months!

As long as your LO has lots of wet nappies and is putting on weight then it's fine!

Thats more than Anna takes and she is almost 5 months!!!

Same, Lukes only on about 30oz a day, and he's 4 months, and was 9lbs 4 at birth!
