Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
If your trying to increase your supply cupcake, I'd pump as much as possible and freeze what you aren't using. My son wasn't a good feeder at all at that age, so don't really know how much you would need for 1 feed.
When Sam was a month old he'd take 4-5oz in a feed. If I had to give him a bottle I'd try to pump 5oz (sometimes he'd take it all and sometimes he'd leave a bit, but at least I knew he was getting enough). I've built up a bit of a stock in the freezer too just so I know there's always some there if I'm not around for any reason x
