How much royal jelly to take ?

Hi

can anyone help with what dosage to take for royal jelly ?
Someone recommended it but not sure how much to take ?
Currently taking epo, so not sure if they are ok to take together and like epo do you only take up until ovulation ?

Any advice appreciated !

hi i took whatever the recommended dose was on the bottle but just to warn you some people are allergic - which I found out I was after 4 days - started to get a very itchy scalp, then arms, then my neck was all red and inflammed - took 2 anti-histamines and it went away. So obviously im alergice to bee pollen which I never knew (even though I eat honey all the time).

Hi everyone! I've been taking Royal Jelly for almost 2 months now and 2 cycle on Soy Iso (nature's Chlomid). LisaBananaman: Is it okay to take RJ with Soy Iso? I'd like to increase my chance of conception. Also, I've increased the RJ dosage this month from 1000mg to 2000mg. I have 'hot flush' symptom though...

Hiya - I take royal jelly and soy together and have had no problems. I don't think there's any reason why you couldn't take them together. Not sure of the effects of ODing on royal jelly tho!!! I know that soy can give people hot flushes tho - kinda like clomid - so maybe its that?

I took RJ until AF comes. Then, I stopped taking it since I took Soy Iso for 5 days (just like Chlomid). After that I had a couple of days break, and then continued taking RJ. Apart from the 'heat' symptom, I haven't gone through any side effects...

LisaBananaman: You're probably right. I usually have headx in the morning even tho I took Soy iso before bedtime. It doesn't help living in my country - equatorial climates! LOL.
