So i'm almost 19 weeks, ive been LO move properly for a couple of weeks, bt i only tend to feel when im sitting or lying down, im just wondering if its normal not to feel them move much yet, im almost 19 weeks, i cant feel them from them from the outside yet either xxx

It's normal, they're still little then so you won't be able to feel movement depending on how they're positioned.

You're not supposed to worry about movement at all until 28 weeks.

That is how I was when I was 19 weeks. I felt her move alot but only if I was laying or sitting complelty still and just paying attention to her movements. Now I am almost 29 weeks and I feel her kicking and moving all time from the inside and out. It is nothing to worry about.

Every baby is different, so the amount they move will always be different for every baby. I wouldn't worry too much :) if it's your first you aren't likely to feel movements as early (i think this is due to not realising what is baby and what's not....? ), if you're baby is in a certain position you will feel them less. My little girl was a lot less active than my little boy is now. Generally by 19 weeks you should be able to feel movements, however little or big they might be. If you are still worried, ask your midwife about it :) they won't mind.

thanks guys, im feeling them alot more now than i did a couple of weeks ago, its definately movements. so im guessing it just gradually gets more movements as the weeks go by. xx

I didnt feel any sorta movement until i was 23 weeks .. and then it was only fluttering but it was very spontaneous and not constant...Id say by 27 weeks they start to get more active thats personally what happened in my case but everyones different.

dont worry your bubs is perfectly fine

i felt my first kick at 19 weeks. and only when i ws sitting or lying down, like you said, so i wouldn't worry. :flower:

They also say when you are moving about ect you lull little one to sleep so don't feel movement so much when moving x
