How much weight can you gained ?

I have gained 5lbs I am 16 weeks with number 2

I started out at 8 stone 10lb and the weight has piled on!!! I'm now 10 stone 1!!! So I've gained about 19lb's! Am starting to panic it's going on so fast!

I've gained 10-13 lbs depending on what time of day I step on the scale, and I'm only 13 weeks. I had an enormous appetite in 1st tri though so hoping it slows down a bit!

Also my doctor didn't weigh me til I was 7 weeks so she thinks I've only gained like 5 lbs... lol. Fine by me, I don't need them harassing me about it.

Wow everyone's so diff! Glad to hear some are gaining quick like me lol. I don't even know how I'm gaining , I don't eat as muh as I did before pregnancy, and what I do eat is pretty much crackers, potatoesc rice.... Maybe it's all the carbs lol. I used to eat so healthy!! I look at mixed greens salad, spinach, kale, broccoli , carrots...... And I dry heave!!! I used to make smoothies every day with mixed greens and fruit..... I take 1 sip and I'm a goner :/ I feel so lousy ...... Baby hates anything not a carb!!

I am at a pre-pregnancy loss of 7lb but im still having terrible sickness and nausea so im sure once that settles and im praying it will soon as fed up of it now then im sure il start gaining although im conciuosly trying just to maintain my weight this is my 4th baby and I gained 2 stone with each of the others and didn't lose it all after so I just really want to maintain so il be at an instant loss once baby Is here

Emee I'm with ya! It's hard when you are short, in 5'3 also.... You can easily see 5 lb gain on a short person! So scared they will have to roll me away this time haha...... Although this pregnancy I am 20 lbs less to start with than my previous pregnancies .... So I started at 125...now I'm 128 in the morning but if I weigh myself at night it's easily 130..... Def gonna do weigh ins 1st thing each morning! Lol
Anyone's boobs grow insanely big ? Mine went up 2 cups , maybe even 3 at this point..... What's going on !? They have never got this big either! I have 2 boys....maybe it's the sign of a girl ;-)

yeah, I definitely prefer to weigh in the mornings. And I so hope that extra big boobs could mean a girl! I have two boys too, and this time I'm already up 3 cup sizes too! Just got measured at Motherhood maternity for a new bra, was a B cup now I'm a E cup!!! I had never even heard of an E cup!!!!

10 lb in 16 weeks

I was travelling for 6 weeks and I ate far too many carbs!! Now I'm back home and feeling much better!

18wks today with my second and i have lost 2lbs from pre-pregnancy weight - Looking forward to my 20wk scan, just for peace of mind really that lo is on track! Reassuring to hear others have also lost and not gained, began to worry slightly <- Thank you ladies!

I'll make you all feel better about your weight gain.... 23lbs gained and i'm only 16 weeks (with twins but still!!) My appetite is through the roof, no morning sickness either to counteract it

I need it to slow down very soon!! I want dry crunchy food like crisps and crackers all the time! Need to find lower fat versions - i'm at slimming world and have been for 2 years almost, so i know what i should be doing, but i can't seem to convert these crispy wants into fruit wants!

Haha I'm with ya on the carbs!! It's all I can stomach most days! :/ every type of cracker .... Chips.... Breads.... Pastas ..... That is what my diet consists of. Yikes!! I have converted regular chips over to veggie chips ! Whenever I want chips I eat veggie straw chips instead.... They at least have some nutrients in them lol!!!
