How much weight? :-(

I was shocked yesterday. I got on the scales (after baby was out) and Im 2 stone heavier than I was. Im really disgusted with myself.

I gave up smoking to sonny so I feel your pain, not easy!

i dont no how much weight i have put on dont dare look i can get into my jeans still but top half is deffo bigger and i hate it oh loves it think hes bonkers personally and its making me down and depressed but got the davina workout and the ministry of sound one going to do them when my foots better and work my ass off ill probably be gasping for breath after 5 mins lol!!

I had a 6 lb baby and it honestly took me 10 days to say AT LEAST to recover and feel somewhat normal again. You have gone through the shock of delivering a baby whose size even stunned the doctors, so just pat yourself on the back and take it easy, because you deserve the time and shouldn't be rushing.

Thanks, that makes me feel better. I'm starting to get really frustrated with not feeling great, physically. I expected to be tired, but didn't expect to have my body be in this much trauma! I did better after recovering from open heart surgery!!
 
In your bump pics towards the end it just seemed to be all bump though.
Did you wonder where it all was/is on your body?

And I beat you - 77lbs so far. A lot in my gi-normous breasts, hips, thighs and bums. I am so going on a strict diet/exercise regime once my son is born and he better suck on my breasts to get as many calories off of me as possible. That is the mission he has been given. Once he is weaned, Cambridge Diet and I will be intimate friends.
 
32 lbs. thusfar. Gained 45 with my others and lost it rather quick, even with C-sections.

BUT, 32 lbs. right now and 12 weeks to go. Goodness!

The sad thing is, I have been eating only a tad bit more than I did prior to being pregnant and sometimes the exact same. Looks like it's all in my belly.

I keep hoping that they will say, Oh, you are actually further along. LOL

Dream on!!! I hoped for that too and now in my 33rd week, reality has set in. Nope, just gained a load of weight and most of it is NOT bump!!!
 
i put on 4 1/2 stone, 9 1/2st at 7 wks and 14st at full term!!!!!

i think i went down to 12st after callum was born and im now 11st, its so hard!!! i love food!

and its all ass and thighs too!!

Ive gained 35lbs so far.... im sure theres more to come on me!!!

especially after the birthday cake i had to just go by myself :cake:

put on more (i think anyway) due to me bein involved in a bad car accident were i had 1 leg dislocated other broken and a cracked tail bone........ meaning sitting around doin nothing but eat :dohh:, im starting to heal slowly ( faster since having LO) but its hard because i still cant walk properly and for long and with my cracked tail bone I cant really excersise too much at all :cry: that crash has a lot to answer for :hissy::cry:

Carrie, don't feel to bad. A girlfriend of mine was in a simular position. She actually broke her tailbone during her birth, and ripped a bunch of ligaments so she could not work out for a year after her son was born. Just remember time will pass, and you will be back on your feet and able to work out again!
 
Ive gained 60lbs and Im not really stressing it. The biggest thing for me was not to get stretch marks and the weight loss will be easy. Im already walking 4-5 miles a day aqnd will start running in about 2-3 weeks, so Im setting realistic goals of attaining my prepregnancy weight by the end of this year...

I've paid my Cambridge consultant in advance!!!! I told Bigbelly of some recipes like muffins and other stuff I do with them. :D I will do Slimming World during breastfeeding and take off the rest with Cambridge....bless Cambridge, my lifesaver...the only diet that I took off a lot of weight and kept it off.
 
put on 60 lbs, all in my butt, my thighs and my upper arms. Now I've got flabby upper arms, a massive JLO butt with thousands of stretchmarks all over it.
I also have stretchmarks on my legs because they had gotten sooo damn swollen ! I'm so pretty. oh yeah!

I love that new pic of Joshua! I cant work out if he looks more like you or your OH though. its amazing he has so much of both of you in that pic! really cute.
 
i've stopped weighing myself (midwife doesn't weigh me either) as it was really getting me down. I think I have put on about 2.5 stone but i suspect it is more. I feel like crap over the way i look but then feel better when I think of beanie and feel beanie move...

i suspect it is going to be hard to shift. i plan to breast feed and join weight watchers and walk loads.

I know how you feel hun

With my 1st I gained 72 lbs. I had a c-section, and I lost 45 lbs. in the 1st week!!!! By 7 weeks post pregnancy I was back to pre-pregnancy weight (and I had ZERO stretch marks)!!!

This time was a different story:(! I gained 57 lbs. I am now 5 1/2 weeks post pregnancy and I still have 18 lbs. to go...and quite a few stretchmarks in my hips and thighs!! I am SO frustrated that I have NO pants that fit!! AARRGGHHH!!! Hopefully SOON! Breastfeeding doesn't seem to make me lose, but maybe I would have more to lose if I wasn't breastfeeding????

I'm probably in the 50 lb range (just guessing, I don't dare ask anymore). My breast, arms and thighs are massive. I've noticed some love handles going on in my back as well (gotta love that). :dohh: I'm hoping this breast feeding thing works too. My friends swear by it (crossing my fingers). I'm already trying to plan my new clean eating habits.
