Hello

My little one is now 8 days old. To start with, he was guzzling the 90ml per feed 6 times per day....he then wanted more so we upped it to 120ml and he seemed to have a few feeds at 120ml and the others at 90ml - so every three to four hours. Since yesterday he has reduced his intake and is only now taking 60ml at any one time, sometimes less but then obviously wants it more often...
Is this normal?

basically if your baby is hungry, feed them. There are lots of growth spurts and your baby will have loads of milk one day and less the next, all perfectly normal. X

I am now worried as he hasn't slept. He slept from 8-10, but not since, he is just looking round and wanting more food..... He doesn't have a temperature, clean nappy, no wind....any ideas?

aslong as hes not got a temp, plenty of wet nappies, no wind hes fine.
some days babies eat and sleep more than others its just what they do.
Alfies 3 weeks old and every day is different some times hell guzzle 5oz others hell just have 3oz every 2-3 hours just go with the flow. feed him as much as he wants.
