How often should we BD?

I'm currently on Cycle #2. CD6.
Should we do it every other day? Hubby is currently working evening shifts and seems like he will be during all of my fertile windows so everyday isn't a possiblity for us xx

I read and been told that every 2-3 days will be ok

If your doing opks. Or don't know when you ovulate. My doc says every other day starting on day 10. Once opk positive. Everyday until 2 days after ovulation . If you know when you ovulate. Have set everyday 2 days before. The day of and 1 day after. But everyone does their own thing.

If you know when your next AF is due, 14 days before that is a good guess for when O will happen. 5-6 days before up until 3-5 days after (less after if you confirm O) is the window you want to BD. Every-other-day is best if you're not going to be doing it at the same time every day, because it takes at least 24 hours for a regular sperm count to regenerate.
