How regulalry do we see midwife after 25ish weeks?

Hi everyone

Just wondering how often we see our midwifes from the 25 week stage. I just saw mine today, then i have a hospital check up at 28 (they'll do normal midwife checks then too) and then I see her again at 32 weeks. Does it go up to every 2 weeks towards the end or is it every 4 weeks from now on? I should have asked her today shouldn't I. Doh.

I had/have midwife appts at 24, 30, 34, 36, 38, 39, 40
