How to determine DPO??????????

Dpo is your day past ovulation. So the following day after you ovulate is 1dpo and so on.

you can either test with OPK (ovulation predictors kit), and 1 dpo will be the day after your first positive.
Or you can take your temperature every morning with a basal thermometer and you will know you ovulated when you have an uptrend on your temps.

You can also monitor your cervical mucus, normally it turns lotiony or dry after ovulation.
