How to insert videos??

Hey All,
I'm wondering.. how do you insert videos into posts? I looked at the "How to insert text, images & video" section but saw nothing about videos? Can anyone help?

Upload it to youtube and paste the youtube link That always works.

lol I know how to do THAT. I've seen people post youtube videos on here before though instead of having to click the link to go to the page you can just watch them here and I am wondering how to do that. Thanks though.

Ok so I've created a YouTube account, uploaded my video from my phone and can view it on the app yet when I log onto YouTube on the desktop version it's says I have not uploaded any videos?! I've logged off and back on several times but still nothing, can any help?
