How to make mulled wine?

My mum is doing a bonfire party on saturday and we're doing fireworks and she's making burgers, jacket potatoes, roast chestnuts etc.... and I want to make some mulled wine for it because I LOVE it and think it's nice to have while freezing outside watching the fireworks

So, anyone know the easiest way to make it? I want it to be really nice but cheap/simple to do
