How to read FR tests?

Hi All,
After taking several HPT's I would like to ask your opinion about how to read the First Response HPT. I know that two lines is a , but after much debate and discussion with my DH, it is not clear in the instructions which line is the +ve result, and which line is the test to show that the test is functional.

I have attached a graphic, and my opinion - is this correct? The left line is the pregnancy +ve result for the HCG and then the right line is the test to show the HPT is working?

Yep Congrats you are so pregnant all the die has been taken up in the Test Line showing your BFP rather than the control line!

Thanks all, my DH and I have been through several discussions about these tests as he keeps expecting both lines to be as strong! lol... you can imagine we've been reading and re-reading the "information" page quite a few times lol

it looks that maybe it got turn around the wrong way...but you never know.

It is upside down, so the darker line is the control line and the lighter line is the pregnancy line. Either way you are pregnant. Congrats hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months
