How to upload video footage?

Been trying to upload video footage, but not sure what I'm doing wrong, can someone help? Thanx in advance!!!

I think you might have to upload it to youtube first and then link it, or something like that.

I created an account on YouTube, uploaded my video, and just pasted the links here. It creates the video embedded automatically.
