This will be my first month using OPK. Just had MC this week, we are going to start trying again as soon as I get a positive OPK. I just want to check my facts. This is what I gathered online, if you guys can help me out by proof reading it and correcting any misconceptions.

-Start using OPK daily from cd9
-use them daily until you get positive (as dark or darker than control) and keep using until you are negative again.
-Count the first negative day as 1dpo.
-bd every other day leading up to ovulation, and every day when it becomes dark until 2 dpo?
Those are the basics I gathered. Just want to make sure i use them correctly. I purchased them online and it didn't come with instructions.
Is it best to use it mid stream, or use a sample cup?
