Hey all,

To cut a long story short, there is a member of staff who is very nasty behind my back, her attitude stinks and she is overall petty. I told my boss after the last incident (a few weeks back) that one more time and i'll raise a formal grievance.

I realise it sounds petty, but she makes everyone's lives poo. To give you an idea of how petty she is, today she said to a senior member of staff that I bought my wedding dress too early, I won't fit it as i'm getting big....what on earth does that have to do with anything?

I have kepr a record of dates of things she has done/said.

I'm unsure of how to write, what is ultimately a case of 'bitchiness'.

Any ideas? Xxx

I'm thinking that the grievance needs to circulate about YOUR issues with her. Things that she's doing directly to you or such, and not what she's doing to other ppl. Those ppl really have to greive.

Anyways, if you are a union member, your union rep'll help you file a proper grievance. If you're not, your work should have a complaint process in place. You may also ask your boss how to go through the right channels to get this done and what specifically they're looking for on paper. GL
