How would OH and I NTNP if I have a luteal phase defect and need to use progesterone cream, therefore I'd need to know when I've ovulated so that I don't start the cream and prevent ovulation. I really want to be more relaxed about this but it's hard when I rely on temping to figure out when I O so I can start the progesterone. Help?

I track ovulation for a luteal phase defect, but we are still ntnp. I would just be honest with your dh that you have to do it then be low key.
