So my sons dad is barely around now and his gf is the main reason , he doesn't come see him regularly because she told him he was spending to much time and money to see him and it was taking away from their family

So yesterday he asked of he could come pick him up and take him to the park for a bit. I said yes but when he showed up his gf was with him at my door . Trying to be civil I let them in went to go get my older son and my mom had the baby when I came back his gf was holding my baby

I didn't say anything but honestly I felt disgusted by her holding my baby. And I'm still angry about it .

I could not stand the though that ex and his gf playing happy family in the park with MY baby.
How long they are together? I don't know law in Canada but in uk you can request that your ex is married or at least engaged to new partner before she have anything to do with your baby.
From my point of view is his and his sons time together to maintain bond and if she can't understand that he need to go every week for couple of hours by himself to spend one by one time with his baby then there must be something wrong with her.
If she claims that he is taking from their family to spend time and provide for his child than sorry but I think she must be 16 yo.
She saw what she was taking "a men with package and that package are responsibilities"

Oh well, they won't last LOL. What a stupid thing to do, ask a man to spend less time with his child and spend more time with her. He will (hopefully) bond better with his son as he gets older and they will do blokey things together.She will see that her ultimatum is going to be a problem.

As for her holding your baby, yes, I agree, its not on. I would tell your ex to have nice words with her and say to him that if she even contemplates doing that ever again, you will make a scene and tell her yourself to 'eff off and put my baby down please!'

Oh no it's not even his baby it's my older son whose almost 5s dad and his gf. He got her pregnant after dating her a week and they have 1 year old together , he decided that's his family and my son was less important

The baby is my 3 week old , she had some nerve coming to the door because I don't even like her being around my older son but she had no reason to be Holding my youngest . I'm just mad I should have taken him back from her to hell with beig rude

Thats stupid! She has some nerve, its pretty obvious that she thinks shes top shit or something. First, tell a father to not be a father as much because its taking away from 'their family', uh, I believe he was your sons father before she was in his life and thats how its going to be, tough shit if she cant deal w/ it and shame on ur fob if she doesnt have the balls enough to set her straight. Secondly, to be so disrespectful as to come up to YOUR home, come in and than place her hands on your NEWBORN CHILD! not only, is it not her place for ethical reasons but for sickness reasons too, who knows where her hands have been. And yes she knows I don't like her I've talked to her before and told her that I wasn't happy with her interfering with my sons relationship with his dad an she knows I don't like her as a person either . She's manipulative and controlling .

Aqualung I do have court order child support and visitation. However I cannot MAKE his dad come for the visits and I have had it registered with maintenance enforcement to try and get the child support but he still doesn't pay . I'm not letting him do anything considering I really can't control what another person does

But it was rude on her part to do what she did , she shouldn't have even come to the door let alone ask my mom to hold my youngest . I think she did it to upset me and be nasty
