kiarra would probably avoid the pronunciation mistakes? and kiki as a nn?
and sophia is a beautiful middle name and matches it really well.

Why not just spell it in a way that it cannot be pronounced wrong?

Well i can't really think of a way to spell it that wont have different variations. Even if i spell it Kiara or Kiarra -- some people may still say "key-air-uh" instead of "key-are-uh"...

Plus i love the Italian version of Chiara.

I would pronounce it "kee-ah-rah" and I think it's a beautiful name. I've seen it spelled Kiara before, but I think Chiara is more interesting and unusual.
