Huggies Nappies

I hate pampers, every single one ive tried him in has leeked.

I love huggies never had any problems at all :)

It's really weird how the same nappy works differently for everyone.

What's even stranger for me is that I hate pampers wipes. I think their too thin! I LOVE the huggies wipes because their thick and "collect more" so to speak. How peculiar

I tried the Huggies newborn ones on Evie when she was a few weeks old and they were a terrible fit! So we went back to Pampers, but when she was 6 months, I saw an offer for Huggies (the standard ones) and thought I'd give em another try and they fit alot better this time

Tesco nappies are fab. They are like pampers, but cheaper. I hated Huggies as they used to mark her skin due to the elastic.

We're using Huggies for our LO, even though we've started out with Pampers. Nothing much to complain about Huggies so far, cept that the elastic band around the thighs do leave marks. We did buy a box of Pampers Drymax Swaddlers and found out it didn't have the wetness indicator, which really threw us off so we switched back to Huggies.

I prefer Huggies to Pampers, I found pampers are made much bigger then huggies so they leaked alot of the time as they were to big and they dont seem to hold that much. Huggies are a better fit, hold much more and also have Winnie the Pooh on the front (which is always a bonus) x

I've used both pampers and huggies newborn size 1 and i actually prefer huggies so far. They are tighter but they have leaked a lot less and I prefer the design. Moving onto size 2 now which are different (got the new organic ones) so will see what there like. I got told alot of bad things about huggies but found imo they are better! Weird how everyone has different opinions lol

I havent found a diaper I've liked!

When she was newborn huggies leaked horribly. Pampers didnt leak but even if they were on a few hours it would seep through & make her onesie wet in the crotch - so I'd have to change her whole outfit in the middle of the night -but at least her sheets were dry.

Now that she's older I'm having a horrible time with leaks - tried bigger sizes & different brands & styles. She tends to leak up the back right now with size 3's. Size 2 is too small (I know cause I bought 2 kinds of size 2 just to make sure they wouldnt work better!) Size 4 is huge - and leaks out the legs instead of up the back. Huggies leak less for us at night. Pampers she's getting her whole back soaked. But still - both are leaking. So are LUVS & Fischer Price Nighttime diapers. She doesnt love her bottles - so some nights only drinks 2-3oz before bed and then sleeps through. She has been either waking early due to leaky diaper or I'm finding a smelly pj's in the morning - sometimes its already half dry.

We have the Huggies Pure and Simple (if that's the name.. =/) I don't know if regular Huggies are the same, but the tabs are TERRIBLE - they just won't stay stuck for us and the diapers don't fit her legs well, so we have to stick the tab to the tab on the Pampers we use and that doesn't work with the Huggies...

The umbilical cord notch is a lot better on the Huggies, but Pampers NB are the only ones that fit her okay..

x

I prefer the fit of Huggies. It's wider and has better coverage around the legs and up the waist. We haven't had any leaks really, but LO has always been in a much bigger size than her age. She's 7 months and has been in size 5's for a while now.

I found Pampers to be a bit small and skinny for my LO. And I didn't like the Sesame Street design either!

i fing huggies smell as soon as LO pees even the littlest bit - definitely prefer pampers

We don't get pampers here. Huggies have always worked fine for us when we used them. Think it just comes down to what shape baby you have and how heavy a wetter they are as to what type of nappy will work.

I'm the opposite I find pampers are terrible and leak and prefer huggies. Bought some boots nappies which are actually quite good too, not leaked once touch wood x

I don't like Huggies either, they seem too small and leak up the back more often than other brands I've tried. I've bought some more today in the next size up so will see how they travel :)
