Hump at bottom of neck

Since I was about 7 months pregnant I've been getting a hump at the bottom of my neck! I put on about 4 stone and so it could be fat... its hard to tell. I'm short and was HUGE! I'm going to be starting the gym once my section is healed properly (my little boy is 2 weeks) and so I'm hoping its just fat. I'm really worried I'm making it even worse with breastfeeding. My stomach is already ruined along with my scar and now this im feeling pretty gross

I was wondering if anyone else has had this? Could it be the pressure of being pregnant?
