Hungry Hungry Hungry.. Help Please !!!

So from last two days, My DH is hearing these words from me
I'm 9dpo or 5dpo not sure . But i'm Straving even after a heavy meal.
After 1 hour of every meal i'm super hungry again.
Also experiencing Cramping and Backache from last 5 days continuously.
No Backache and cramping today though but i'm hungry as usual.

Now i hope pregnancy is the reason for this hunger, because i don't want to eat this much even when i'm not pregnant.

This is quite a normal feeling for me! Especially around the time AF is due my appetite goes crazy (maybe something to do with preparing to lose iron through the blood loss?? I dunno!). I have also heard that if you get thirsty then your body can sometimes mistake it for hunger, so you could try having a drink when you feel the hunger coming on and see if that helps? At least if it doesn't you'll have narrowed down the possible causes
