I used the Marie Mongan book and a 4 week course run in Manchester - https://www.hypnobirthingmanchesterandcheshire.co.uk/index.html and then I practiced with the Marie Mongan CD about 5 times a week from 30 weeks

Brilliant story, I used hypnobirthing properly this time (I was using visualisation first time without even knowing it!) and I can not recommend it enough. Congratulations. X
