Hi everyone, sorry for gatecrashing this area, just dying to hear any stories or experiences anyone has had with hypnobirthing. I'm looking into it at the moment as I had a very traumatic birth with DS and I'm determined not to go through the same. Hence, looking into alternative methods of dealing with labour.
