Hypnobirthing Classes

I am looking into booking Hypnobirthing Classes for me and my OH. Does anyone have any recommendations for the Glasgow area? Also, when should I be attending classes? Thanks

the classes are just too expensive around my ways so i've just invested in some books instead. would be quite interested to see what people say about it

I loved the classes. I took them in April (started at around 20 weeks), which seemed to be pretty good, but I didn't start being vigilent about daily practice until about 26 weeks or so. I'd say the sooner, the better as the relaxation excercises have helped me greatly with all of my aches and pains, and even my husband is astounded by how quickly and easily I am able to relax!
