Hypnobirthing

Could someone please recommend a good hypnobirthing series (books and/or cds). Just found out i'm pregnant with #1 and it is something that I am interested in. Watched an episode of 'One Born Every Minute' and I successfully scared myself. Seen it before but now that i'm pregnant... it really hit home. Eeek

I just had my baby 7 months ago. I used hypnobabies. It was amazing. I had a beautiful water birth and was completely relax. With no pain at all.

I used Natal Hypnotherapy, the book, 4 cd programme, and their day courses (2 of them). I had a completely pain free and drug free labour and home birth. I can highly recommend them! Link to my birth story is in my signature, but if you have any more questions, feel free to shout me.
