I am going nuts! Implantation Bleeding at 12dpo??

At 10dpo I was having lots of cramping that lasted about an hour. Today I am at 12dpo and started getting brown discharge. At first I was convinced that it was AF showing her face so I used a tampon. when it was time to change my tampon there was only brown discharge and the slightest bit of pink on it. I am still having very light discharge but no AF. I also usually get horrible cramps the day AF starts, but I've only had little cramps here and there. Could this be implantation this late? AF is not supposed to arrive for another 4-5 days and my cycles are generally spot on every month. I did take a FRER, but it was bfn. Any thoughts??

It is possible. Implantation most commonly occurs between 7-10dpo, but can occur as early as 6 and as late as 12. Spotting can be delayed a day or two, too, as I understand it.
