I Was on the depo shot for about 2 years. This shot made me gain about 59 pounds and I never had a period while I was on it. Now its been about 2 to 3 months since I got off the shot and here recently the last month my hunger has been extreme I've had some weird cravings I still haven't gotten my period my emotions are all over the place and my nipples are extremely sore and have gotten larger and same with my breasts. I have been extremely tired and I keep having heat flashes as well. I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it came up negative and now my nipples have been extremely sore. Please help..?

You could go to the doctor and have them do a blood test, or wait a few more weeks and test again.
