Hi all.
I started taking Met about 70days ago and on the first cycle i had a really good temp chart and i ovulated and I had a 35 day cycle (all cycles up to that this year had been 41 days). So I thought great, but this cycle my temps have been all over the place and although I had positive opk's i don't think I actually ovulated. (look at my chart)

So now i'm on cd 42 and still no :witch:

I know i'm not pregnant as i done a test on Monday.
Is there anything I can do to get my cycle to start? Do you think i should contact the dr about the met not working or do i just carry on until my next appointment in Sept?

Its so frustrating when she just decides to hide for a while because this is valuable baby making time thats lost!

I hope somebody can give me some advise. Thanks everyone.
x

If your unsure about anything - specifically when your on meds, the best person to speak to about it would be your doctor, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to reassure you, why don't you give them a call on monday if the witch fails to show and just have a quick talk with the nurse, even. :) Good luck, I'll keep my eyes peeled to see how you get on xxx

Thanks very much.
The only problem I have with the dr is that he's the head of the fertility clinic so I can't actually talk to him (he's far to busy and important unless you have an appointment) so I have to talk to his PA and thats a bit odd.
Do you think my GP will be aware of my situation and maybe i could go to them instead?

Thanks.

You will have records, i'm guessing your gp refered you? I'm sure you GP could give you advice - another option would be nhs 24, i know that might not be the best option but if you're worried now, there's nurses there you can talk to. I think the best thing to do would be to actually talk to this PA, because they might be able to pop in and ask him directly for you and give you a call back. Hope this helps :) x

Hey hun! you should probably talk to your doctor, but there is provera that will make you get your period!
