I don't think my french toast was cooked all the way through. What would you do?

No you'll be fine. Chances of food poisoning from slightly undercooked eggs is very rare.

In the UK runny eggs are perfectly fine for pregnant women.

They can't do anything if you call but say watch for symptoms which I very much doubt you'll get.

Actually, in the UK runny eggs are on the no list, but I don't believe there is a big risk factor.

I am aware they are on a few NHS Trust 'no list' but unfortunately it's a very big misconception.

In the UK, eggs are screened before reaching the supermarkets meaning the risk of any poisoning is very very rare so having them runny/soft/hard is perfectly fine.

MW/Doctors 'lists' don't get updated, they get added to making them as long as your arm and widely inaccurate.

I know that I know more about it than my MW/Doc given that I've obtained a degree in Food Science and spent 4 years studying it and trust me the list is mostly scaremongering BS.

The ONLY food to be avoided due to severe safety risks.....Liver. Other than that, bin the 'banned' list.

Liver is the only thing I haven't eaten this pregnancy, and last to come to think of it :haha:

My first meal when Millie is born.....toast & my mums homemade pate. Gosh I'm excited for that!!
