i have my scan today! im terrified that somethings happened since the last one at 9 weeks!

i feep sick, my stomach is churning!!

:(

try to stay calm... (easier said than done)
I always try to think 'what will be, will be'

I pray everything is ok and you see a lovely heartbeat xx

Try to take your mind off it! Is there anything you could do to keep you busy until its time to go? Clean the bathroom? Organise the kitchen? Watch a DVD or some good old daytime tv? It's not long now and you'll feel better knowing that baby is ok.

I felt exactly the same yesterday. I was convinced there wasn't going to be anything there. Whilst sat in the waiting room a woman came out sobbing, just to add to it! My hubby had no clue what I was worried about. All was fine, first ever ultrasound and baby was looking great I came out on such a high! U will be fine :)
