I feel sick and I start work tomorrow :(

I'm starting work tomorrow and I feel really ill today. I have a temperature, feel sick, indigestion, on and off headache. I've taken some paracetamol, but it doesn't seem to have helped all that much...

I don't feel nervous, in fact I only just started to feel a bit nervous about tomorrow and I've felt unwell for a few hours...

I hope I'm not ill for tomorrow, that would be really embarrassing, taking a sick day on my first day!!

I don't wanna be ill!!!!!!

I've just started getting all shivery too I'm sipping water and really hoping the paracetamol kicks in. What else can I do?!

Can't have a bath as not allowed water on. =/ Will try early night for defo though. I can't seem to get to sleep before like 2am though! Need to be up at about 7am...
