I feel so ill.

For the past 2 hours i have had a mingin head ache that wont shift even with paracetamol, i feel sick and i feel like i might get the runs and just generaly feel ill.
Aparently for it to be swine flu i have to have a temprature but i dont own a thermomiter (sp?) so i dont know if i do. Rang my mam to see if i can lend hers but no answer so i gess she's having an early night.

Im supposed to be at work at 7am tomorrow.

I think you would be aware if you had a fever, without a thermometer! Hope it is not swine flu!

I say have shower/bath, go to bed, and see how you feel in the morning-if you still don't feel well, call in sick!

I really hope it isn't swine flu i think with swine flu the temperature is alot higher than a normal temperature when ill. Hope you feel better soon. If your not feeling better tomorrow it would be a good idea to ring in sick especially if your not sure what it is.
