I had my first ultrasound yesterday at 9w3d!

Hey everyone! I had my first doctor's appointment/ultrasound yesterday! It was amazing! According to my LMP, I was 8 weeks 5 days yesterday, but according to the ultrasound technician, I was 9 weeks 3 days yesterday! My husband and I were in awe during the ultrasound. His face just lit up and he had a huge smile on his face. It was amazing. We couldn't believe that we could already see it's teeny weeny little arms moving! Adorable! It's heart beat was 180 bpm...which the doctor said is normal in early pregnancy and it will slow down a little later on. I will try to load the picture on here...hopefully I'm successful!

Gorgeous! You need to change your ticker now! I am having a scan next Weds when I should be 9w 3d, I hope to see the baby's arms moving around too! I had a scan at 7w 3d and although it was amazing to see the heart beat, my photo looks like a small blob! X

Congratulations! I had a very early internal scan today (5+3) and the only thing i could see was a tiny flicker which was the fetal heartbeat I didnt realise you could even see a heartbeat that early on!

aww, congrats! i went in for a scan when i was 9+3 but they set me back to 8+6. still, it was amazing to see lil bean on the screen looking so.. human! we could see hands and feet and heard the heartbeat. it brought tears to my eyes. i'm so glad you got to see your little one, it's such an awesome experience!
