I dont think you sound like a bad person at all.
I think what we tend to do when we go through these losses is forget that it's not only us that are hurt but our partners as well.
Whe I went through mine my DH was constantly providing for me. He was always there to listen. He was always supportive. He was at work one day when our boss asked how I was doing. (he never speaks to me. always through my husband.. I don't know why) DH told him I was fine and then he asked "And how are you managing?" my DH didn't know how to answer. Boss said "Lemme guess. You haven't thought about it? You've been too busy helping her through it."
And that's it in a nutshell. They also need to get over the loss and they do it alot differently to us.
I'm sure if you were to be pregnant now he'd be over the moon.
