Hi! I have a specific question about OPKs.. I have PCOS and start testing day after AF ends. I get negatives untill about 12-14 dpo. They then stay positive untill my AF begins. During the first positive I have EWCM... My question is "does it mean you did NOT ovulate if it stay positive like mine does, or could you have ovulated?". Please answer if you can

Have you tried doing BBTs? You can confirm ovulation based on your basal body temperature.

This one has good reviews BUT it only goes to 1/10th and most women suggest getting one that goes to 1/100th.
This one doesn't have any reviews but it does go to 1/100th.
Just don't get one at the big box stores like Target, Walmart, Walgreens or CVS because some have been found to be faulty. If you get the EXACT same temperature (down to the 1/100th of a degree) several days in your cycle, it might be a faulty BBT.
