.... not to symptom spot!!!! its driving me mad!

i have had really bad belly ache this last few days, like period pains (AF not due till next thursday) and i have had back ache and been really tired, like exhausted!! i could harly keep my eyes open at work yesterday.

but the more i try and ignore these "symptoms" the worse they seem to get grrrr
