I joined a gym, shouldn't have bothered!

I joined a gym. I shouldn't have bothered. I have an 11 week old at home and I REALLY want to go work out regularly because I feel fat and disgusting.

But I cant afford their childcare costs (they will watch while you work out) and I cant find someone to watch her while I go.

Waste of my money. Im going to be fat forever

How do any of you find the time???

You shouldnt be pushing yourself so soon i say.
Enjoy your LO, trust me they dont stay tiny for long at all!


I have 2&half year old so she plays with my 7month old & keeps her happy, or i exercise while shes asleep. All my workouts are done at home
